We believe that faith in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ through His death, burial and resurrection is the only condition of salvation from sin. This salvation is wholly by the grace of God and apart from any works. (John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Rom 10:9-13; Eph 2:8-9; Tit 3:5-7)
We believe that all who accept Christ as their Savior are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are eternally secure in Christ. We believe that repentance is a turning away from sin and turning towards God, prompted by the Holy Spirit, and is an integral part of saving faith. (John 1:12-13, 3:3-8, 10:28-29; Acts 20:21; Rom 3:21-22, 8:35-39; 2 Cor 5:17; 1 Thes 1:9; Tit 3:5)
We believe that all believers have immediate access to the throne of God through the blood of Jesus Christ. Believers need no human agent or agency to intercede for them before the throne of grace. Jesus Christ is our mediator before God. (1 Tim 2:5; Heb 10:19, 13:15; 1 Pet 2:1-10)
